The Erasmus+ youth exchange project “Equality for all” provided unique cultural exchange between the participants from the different countries.
Throughout the project, participants engaged in various activities, including workshops, and interactive sessions, which fostered dialogue and understanding on the importance of equality and acceptance. Participants explored topics such as gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, racial and ethnic diversity, social inclusion, and accessibility.
The project fostered an inclusive environment where participants shared their personal experiences in a Georgian perspective, and knowledge, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges in developing countries, such as lack of acceptance of diversity. Participants also developed empathy, respect, and appreciation for different cultures, identities, and backgrounds.
One of the key aspects of the project was mobility, as all the participants had the opportunity live with international people from different countries, experiencing new cultures and breaking some stereotypes which enabled us to shape global mindset.
