The project “Zero Discrimination” implemented by Ungi Aarhus and YCG(Youth Center of Georgia) funded by Erasmus+ took place in Kobuleti, Georgia. From 17th to 24th of October 2022.

The project merged teenagers from Denmark and Georgia aged 13-17 from different backgrounds, cultures, traditions and values with the aim of raising awareness about discrimination and various world problems. In order to do so the team leaders offered the youngsters various workshops as well as indoor and outdoor activities regarding the topics.

Even though the program had assigned trainers the youth themselves were leading the majority of the activities. While doing so they developed entrepreneurship competence as well as leadership skills. Throughout the continuation of the project participants develop their social and communication skills whilst changing their world view in process of getting to know each other’s cultures. Young people improved their critical and logical thinking. All of the competences mentioned above are a part of the key competences which the EU  strives to implement with the help of Erasmus+ in all of the  youth exchanges held by them.
